Job Automate Pro is an AI-powered service that automates the job search and application process. Our features include, but are not limited to, AI-driven job matching, automated application submission, cover letter generation, and application tracking.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account management page.

We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, Paystack) to handle payments. We are not responsible for any errors or issues caused by these payment processors.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your resume, skills, and job preferences. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm the Service or its users. This includes submitting false information or using the service to apply for jobs for which you are not qualified.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Job Automate Pro and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that you will be offered a job or contacted by any employer.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Job Automate Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
